Bonjour, I'm Freddie
My life wasn’t easy.
I grew up around two horrible narcissistic parents, married and divorced another one, kept toxic friends, and worked for a massive number of them as CEOs.
That environment taught me to adapt. To stay quiet. To read the room before they speak. To question myself instead of questioning what’s happening.
For a long time, I didn’t realise how much it shaped the way I communicated, what I tolerated, and how I showed up.
It took years to understand the patterns and traumas I had been living in. And even more time to unlearn them.
I did four therapies in my life, not one therapist knew the word narcissist or knew what it was - outside of telling me I had a traumatic childhood…
Rebuilding my confidence didn’t happened in 24 hours but years, it took me years of bad and good experience, reading millions books about psychology to finally understand the problem wasn’t me.
That shift changed everything.
In 2021, I started my YouTube channel during COVID, focusing on fashion and styling to help women look their best and rebuild their confidence.
What began as something external gradually revealed something deeper. Because confidence isn’t just about how you present yourself it’s about how you speak, how you respond, and what you allow.
As my community grew to over 500,000 people, I began to notice a pattern. Behind the surface, many were still overthinking, over giving, and tolerating disrespect more than they should.
That’s when I chose to shift. In 2026, I decided to be open and vulnerable about how (women) we are treated, what we accept, and what we stay silent about. I want to help women faster than it took me years to understand with therapists who had no idea you can heal faster, grow your confidence, and self-worth.
Today, my work focuses on something much deeper than confidence on the surface. It’s about understanding what’s happening in real time, responding with clarity, and communicating in a way that naturally commands respect.
It’s not about becoming someone else. It’s about learning how to hold your position calmly, clearly, and without hesitation.
When this shifts, everything else follows. You stop adapting to people who don’t respect you. You stop explaining yourself unnecessarily. You start responding with clarity and intention.
And without forcing anything, the way people treat you begins to change.
You deserve a better life. Surround yourself with the right people, build healthy relationships at work, with family, friends, and in your love life, grow stronger mentally, and learn how to protect your precious energy and peace.
These are the tools I had to learn the hard way so you don’t have to.
Now, they’re yours.

I left France 25 years ago, I built my life in Australia, where I lived for over two decades (and became a citizen). After years of fast-paced living, I felt the need for something quieter and more aligned. Today, I’m based in Indonesia, embracing a slower, more peaceful way of life.

In my free time, I love scuba diving. I’ve been diving since I was a teenager (I’m an instructor). It’s my happy place not just being underwater, but sharing that passion and talking about “the fishes” with people who love it too.

I rescued two puppies from a construction site. At first, I didn’t want to get attached, so while feeding them in the street, I called them Babyboy and Babygirl. Two years later, they’re my babies still with those names and they make everyone laugh when they hear them.
